Project Summary:

The biggest challenge was to follow the tight schedule according to Haldor Topsoe’s business plan. The responsible manager’s calendar was almost fully booked with project meetings and traveling schedule between Europe and China, with only some windows open for final interviews.

Running at full speed for Reno’s consultants means, for each position, reading thousands of CVs, making hundreds of telephone calls, meeting candidates at weekends and writing reports during nights.

To ensure the quality, Reno and Haldor Topsoe jointly set up a thorough evaluation process including two rounds of in-person interviews, a telephone interview from Denmark, DISC profile analysis and reference check with previous employers.
