Area Sales Manager

- In coordination with the Regional Sales Manager in Asia, develop effective business strategies that will grow the revenue, profitability & achieve the business objectives

- Carry out market research and analyses to identify and evaluate competition & growth opportunities

- Support developing of application data base in the assigned segment and region

- Support the marketing of applications with products and solutions

- Act as company’s main representative for partners and customers in China 

- Establish a good collaboration with partners and existing customers

- Organize customer meetings and make sales calls

- Organize and participate in customer meetings together with managers or specialists

- Prepare bid directive for bid preparation 

- Present the quote including the approved conditions to the customer 

- Plan and execute negotiation of opportunities 

- Transfer of received orders to the project and delivery team  

- Participate in local exhibitions and organize workshops and other marketing activities as required



At least 5 years relevant working experience, covering solution sales of capital equipment  

Background from international companies is preferred 

Having handled negotiations at a high level

Strong experience as an individual sales professional 

Exposure to bid process

Driven and result oriented, willing to put in extra effort to reach set goals

Excellent English both spoken and written is a must

Educational background in relevant technical Regional, Engineering degree in metal forming preferred
