 Responsibilities and Tasks

1) Responsible for the sales profit growth of the assigned accounts/regions and responsible for the customer relationship and overall profitability of the customer
A) Mastering the sales process
• Prospecting
– Defining the target market and qualifying potential customers
– Contacting potential new customers
– Finding new opportunities in existing customers
• Identifying
– Identifying customer needs and developing sales opportunities
– Identifying the decision makers and gatekeepers 
• Selling
– Developing a solution based on the need
– Presenting the solution and benefits to the decision makers and gatekeepers
• Closing
– Preparing a commercial proposal based on the solution
– Negotiating
– Removing the obstacles of buying
– Closing the deal
• Expanding Customer Relationship
– Monitoring the delivery and following-up the customer satisfaction
– Continue building trust
– Expand and deepen the relationship
B) Sales forecast and budgeting
C) Ensure invoices to be paid by customers
2) Collects business intelligence about the customers, potential customers, market and the industry to be used for the company development.

• Sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong listening and questioning skills
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
• Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations
A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering; or equivalent
Fluent English language command, both oral and written
Willingness to travel

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
