A leading European agricultural machinery company is looking for an Export Sales Manager for Asia Pacific region.

-European, Australian or North American origin but experience of living and working in Asia and/or Oceania

Job responsibilities:
-Identify new business opportunities in the territory
-To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
-To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
-To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
-To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities
-To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
-Maintain knowledge on all competitor activities in assigned territory
-Perform regular visits to all sites and provide required training to all staff.
-Implement all new product launches to achieve all sales objectives
-Design all required marketing and sales program for assigned  territory
-Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and participate in various exhibitions
-Analyze all market intelligence reports and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio for same.
-Collaborate with marketing departments to analyze all market activities and manage all communication with technical departments to ensure optimal quality of all products
-Maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services.
