Project Summary:

Working with AP&T is a great learning process.

At the beginning, we spent a lot of time with AP&T’s managers to understand their technology and unique equipment. Then we also sat together to discuss the evaluation criteria both on the technical side and soft skills, which finally became a very useful scorecard for the final interviews.

The candidate search process started with an industry mapping in the area of automation lines, industrial robots and heavy pressing. During the initial candidate screening, Reno’s consultant also used technical drawings and questionnaires to evaluate candidate’s technical knowledge.

In the final interviews, the technical questions went deeper. By participating in the final interviews, we learned more about the technology and AP&T’s expectations on the candidates.

AP&T develops, manufactures and markets complete production systems, automation, presses, tools and related aftermarket services for manufacturers of formed metal parts. 




The recruited engineers have been sent to Sweden for training and work. Their skills and communication really impressed their Swedish colleagues.
