Job Description 

 

Primary responsibilities

-Develop and execute sales strategy and sales plan

-Manage key accounts 

-Keep good relationship with dealers and also push them to further develop the sales of Afimilk’s solutions

-Identify market opportunities and develop sales plan to achieve penetration into market.

-Develop, implement and follow up the strategic marketing and sales plan 

-Competence development of the staff in Sales Department and specifically coach the team members in achieving sales target, personal development and effective cross-culture communication

-Liaison with Afimilk technical experts to ensure high customer satisfaction.

 

Work experience requirements

-Extensive experience from managing sales team in dairy farming industry

-Experience of dealer management and development

-Ability to build relationships with key customers that are at high levels within their organizations

-Extensive experience in bidding and commercial negotiations

-Experience in a global company and good understanding of western culture

-Good understanding of business management including finance, accounting, marketing & sales and production.

-Willing to travel extensively

Educational requirements

-Min. bachelor’s degree in dairy farming, business administration or other applicable areas
